The Product Lead profile is a critical position that will work closely with the founders and leadership team to convert Lemnisk’s long term vision into an immediately actionable roadmap, evangelize it to internal and external stakeholders and execute the same.
● Develop product strategy for Lemnisk’s Customer Data & Experience Platform in close conjunction with founding team, convert it into actionable weekly and monthly product roadmap.
● Evangelize initiatives & vision, both internally and externally – in client meetings, functional touchpoints, company all hands, marketing collaterals.
● Clearly define product requirements, to ensure a frictionless engineering execution and release.
● Develop an extremely intimate technical knowledge of current product, be comfortable giving demos if and when required.
● Understand product positioning with respect to competition, continuously develop and articulate differentiated messaging with product evolution.
● Stay abreast of industry and competitive evolution, identify new product opportunities.
● Define metrics to identify progress.
● 6+ years of product management experience with demonstrated experience leading small sized product teams.
● Experience in a MarTech or enterprise SaaS company will be a big plus.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● High agency, ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
● Detail and execution oriented, should be able to contribute individually when required.
● Possess strong sense of ownership and urgency required for success in startups.
● Undergraduate degree in engineering is mandatory.
